The petitioner's grievance is that his objection to model answer for question No.54 of the question paper of Geography subject (Set -D), in the matter of selection to the post of Lecturer Panchayat has not been decided, till date. He would submit that a model answer itself is incorrect. 2.

At this stage, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter with the direction to respondent No.3 to examine and take a decision on petitioner's objection, if not already taken. In case a decision on petitioner's objection has been taken, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. The petitioner for this purpose, may submit a copy of this order in the office of respondent No.3 and he would be informed accordingly. Thereafter, if the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, it would be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
