In view of the said statement and after perusal of order dated 27/11/2017, I am satisfied that petitioner's representation has now been decided. Therefore, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is therefore discharged. Contempt petition is closed though with liberty to the petitioner to challenge order dated 27/11/2017 in a separately constituted petition, if so advised.
