Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made several representations / complaints before the respondent authority against respondents No. 5 to 7 with regard to embezzlement of funds which is pending consideration since 20.12.2016 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kunkuri which will be considered and decided by the said authority expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
