This is the 4th bail application under Section 439 of CrPC filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2020, registered at Police Station Chando, District BalrampurRamanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (C) of the NDPS Act.

The third bail application was rejected on 23.03.2021 in MCRC No.2190/2021.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any change in the circumstances to entertain this 4th bail application.

Accordingly, the 4th bail application is dismissed. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.

The applicant is at liberty to file application for temporary bail on the medical grounds.
