In this case, there is an allegation of willful disobedience in the order of the Court passed on 10-07-2017 in WPS No. 216/17. This Court did not issue any direction for consideration but the matter was disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to revive the writ petition, in case, claim is rejected. 2.
