1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be non deciding of the application for compassionate appointment filed on behalf of the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, her husband was working under the respondents as Assistant Grade-II and who died in harness on 22.04.2021. Subsequently, the petitioner moved an application which is still pending consideration.

3. Considering the fact that petitioner has moved an application only on 12.05.2021, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.1 & 3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with the rules, regulations and policies for compassionate appointment

-2applicable under the respondents at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
