1. Present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order passed by this Court on 07.11.2017.

2. This Court is not inclined to entertain the review petition only on the ground that the ground raised for review is that of the different view taken by this Court in a different appeal arising out of the different accident. The said ground raised cannot be a ground for reviewing of an order. It is settled position of law that the review is always acceptable in case, if there is an error apparent on the face of record, which is so glaring to the facts of the case itself.

3. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not find any strong case made out for review of the order which is sought for.
