Grievance raised by the Petitioner in the instant case is that against the order of punishment dated 20.11.2017 she had preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 27.12.2017, but till date the Respondent No.2, i.e., the appellate authority, has not taken decision on the said appeal. 2.
Considering the limited grievance raised by the Petitioner, this Court does not intend to pending the present writ petition any further and disposes of the writ petition itself, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to ensure that the appeal preferred by the Petitioner which is pending before Respondent No.2 be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 3.
