Ms. Mano Sharma, Advocate for the informant / mother of the prosecutrix through Help Desk of DLSA, Ambikapur Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 29/09/2020 On the last date of hearing, when this Court came to know about filing of bail application by the same applicant numbered as MCrC No.4224/2020, it was directed to be listed today along with the present bail application. 2.

After perusal of the records and the order passed in MCrC No.4224/2020, it is found that this applicant had initially filed present bail application and during the pendency of this bail application, he filed another bail application i.e. MCrC No.4224/2020 under the same crime number without any disclosure that already a bail application was filed. This application came to be dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 15/09/2020 passed by the Coordinate Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra. 3.

Considering that second application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix, this application does not survive for consideration and is liable to be rejected.
