Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relevant policy could not be brought out within time stipulated which allowed to automatic disposal. He prays for restoration on undertaking to file the policy within 7 days. 3.

In view of the submission made, the order dated 28-03-2016 is recalled and the petition is restored with the condition that the petitioner will have to file relevant policy within 7 days, failing which, the petition shall again stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
