1. By order dated 17-7-2015 the petitioner's rice mill bas been blacklisted for a period of three years for performing work of custom milling as also prohibiting from transacting with any Krishi Upaj Mandi Samiti or Traders from purchasing paddy,

etc. The rice mill has also been restrained from leasing the same to any other person, organisation or institution.

Challenging the above said order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Secretary to the Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection on 26-9-2015. The present petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the appellate authority to decide the pending appeal within a stipulated period. 3.

Considering the limited prayer made in this petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to consider and the decide the appeal of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits, as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
