This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the Court's order passed in WPS No. 5097/2017 on 26-092017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pension of the case has not been finalized despite direction of the Court. 3.

After going through the order passed in WPS No. 5097/2017 on 2609-2017, I find that this Court had given time bound direction and liberty was reserved to revive the petition and claim. Therefore, I am not inclined to initiate contempt proceedings.
