The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is in respect of the dispute in the G.P.F. account of the petitioner where according to the petitioner, he had sufficient balance on the date of his retirement, however, the respondents now have issued the order showing negative balance of Rs.85,432/-.

Given the nature of dispute, let this matter be placed before the High Power Retiral Dues Committee constituted by the State Government. 3.

It is expected that the said committee shall consider the case of the petitioner objectively after tallying the G.P.F. account of the petitioner

maintained both in the office of Advocate General as well as in the office of the employer and the petitioner also would be granted an opportunity of hearing by the Committee while redressing his grievance. 4.

The office of Advocate General shall also ensure that the case of the petitioner is referred to the High Power Retiral Dues Committee at the earliest.
