Agrawal Order On Board /0 5 /201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the memo dated 14.09.2016 is not being considered by the investigating agency i.e. Additional Director General of Police, Anti Corruption Bureau.
(2) Per contra, counsel for the State would submit that apprehension shown by the petitioner appears to be incorrect as the memo dated 14.09.2016 is being considered in its proper perspective.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner may make representation to the respondent authorities and to bring their notice memo dated 14.06.2016 & 28.02.2017 and, in turn, the respondents authority shall act in accordance with law.
