The present petition is for the reason that the respondent authorities for widening of the road has partially demolished the structure of the petitioner for which different correspondence was made and eventually on 25.03.2019 the S.D.O. has written a letter to the Executive Engineer, PWD to purchase the land, which has been taken over for widening of the road. The said letter is filed as Annexure P-7. It is contended that the respondents may be directed to implement the same within a further reasonable period.

Perused the letter dated 25.03.2019 (Annexure P-7) whereby the S.D.O. Revenue has directed the Executive Engineer, P.W.D., to execute the sale deed. Considering the same, without any observation on merit, it is directed that if the State has so decided according to the letter Annexure P-7, the same may be implemented within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not made any observation on merit and authenticity of Annexure P-7.
