Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 19.09.2016 Counsel for the applicant submits that she has specific instruction in the instant case from the applicant that after completion of the entire jail sentence he has been released from jail on 06.02.2008. 2.

Counsel for the applicant submits that this Court on 29.04.2016 had cancelled the bail granted to the applicant and ordered for his arrest. Counsel for the applicant submits that she has moved an application for cancellation of the warrant of arrest of the applicant particularly in the light of the fact that the applicant has already undergone the entire jail sentence and he has been released from jail on 06.02.2008. 3.

Counsel for the applicant submits that she has also received further instruction from the applicant that as he has already undergone the entire jail sentence, he does not want to pursue the revision petition any further. 4.

A report dated 23.06.2016 has been received from the Jail

Superintendent, District Jail, Janjgir intimating that the applicant has already undergone the entire jail sentence and he has been released from jail on 06.02.2008.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the counsel for the applicant and the report of the Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Janjgir the present criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed. 6.
