HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet WP227 No.21 of 20 Praveenchand Surana and others Versus Dr. Chandrashekhar Malhotra Motion 24/08/2015 By the subject PUD, the First Civil Judge, Class-II, Durg has made a request for extending the time for disposal of Civil Suit No.15-A/2015.

By order dated 14.01.2015 in WP (227) No.21/2015, this Court directed the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of submission of certified copy of the order. The trial Judge has made the request for extension of time on the ground that due to transfer of the presiding officer, the Court was vacant for several months, therefore, some more time is needed for disposal of the civil suit. On due consideration, the time allowed for deciding the civil suit is extended by further period of 6 months. Accordingly, the PUD stands disposed of.
