1. P.U.D. has been received from the Special Court under N.D.P.S. Act, Raipur, praying for extension of time for disposing off the Special Case No.10/2018 pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while diposing off M.Cr.C. No.4413/2020 on 17.11.2020 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 06 months.

3. Considered on the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. and on that basis, i feel inclined to allow this prayer.

4. Consequently, this P.U.D. is disposed off and a further extension of six months time is granted to the trial Court for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
