1. The present CRMP has been filed seeking further extension of time for the conclusion of a criminal case No. 3503 of 2012 in the case of Rahul @ Rajjan Tiwari vs. State of Chhattisgarh. The reason seeking for extension of time is the administrative reasons that developed because of Covid-19 pandemic and on account of which, the warrant issued could not be served.

2. Given the reasons assigned by the learned Court below, reiterating the earlier order passed by this Court, further six months time is granted to the Court below to conclude the trial by taking all endeavors and taking all steps possible for an early conclusion of the trial within the further extended period of six months.

3. It is made clear that if at all, if Court below further seeks extension of time it shall further provide each days order-sheet from the date of extension granted by this Court along with the request.

4. The CRMP accordingly stands disposed of.
