On 10.8.2015 also the Petitioner was not represented. Perused the material for the purpose of admission. (2) After perusal of the entire material alongwith the instant Cr.M.P., I do not find any reason to invoke the inherent power given to the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'the Code').

(3) Consequently, the instant Cr.M.P. is dismissed at the motion stage itself.
