1. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the writ petition bearing WPC No.311 of 2016 was wrongly withdrawn on 11.11.2016. He would submit that on the said date two writ petitions filed by him were listed for hearing and in his absence he had instructed another counsel to withdraw the other case and not the present case. According to the petitioner the writ petition bearing WPC No.311 of 2016 was withdrawn by inadvertence.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, order dated 11.11.2016 is recalled and the WPC No.311/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number.
