Present CRMP has been filed seeking for modification of the order dated 24.11.2017, whereby the Crime number mentioned in the judgment passed by this Court has been wrongly typed as 173/2017, whereas the actual Crime number was 173/2015. 2.

The State counsel on perusal of record does not dispute the fact. 3.

Accordingly, the order dated 24.11.2017 stands modified to the extent that the Crime number mentioned in the order shall be read as 173/2015 instead of 173/2017.

Let a copy of this order be made a part of the record of MCRC No. 5747/2017.
