The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by suspension of Saw Mill license.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the recommendation (Annexures P/8 and P/9) made by respondent No.4 for revocation of suspension order to respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide recommendation made by respondent No.4 as forwarded to it by

respondent No.3 within a reasonable time.

Learned State counsel submits that several disputes exist between the petitioner and other members of his family. He also submits that the communications having been made by respondents 3 and 4 to respondent No.2, the matter would be decided in accordance with law. 4.

In view of above, this petition at this stage requires to be disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the issue relating to suspension of petitioner's Saw Mill license after due examination of entire material on record including communication (Annexures P/8 and P/9) as early as possible, expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
