1. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.3/State would submit that order impugned passed by the Additional Commissioner, Durg Division, Durg is appealable before the Board of Revenue under Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer a revision before the Revisional authority.

3. If the petitioner prefers a revision before the Revisional

Authority within three weeks from today, the Revisional Authority would do well and dispose of the revision as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the revision after hearing both the parties in accordance with law on its own merit.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
