The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is non consideration of the petitioner for the purpose of grant of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner which has been acquired by the respondents.

Taking into consideration the limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present Writ Petition, this Court does not intend to keep the Writ Petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the respondent No.2 is directed to process the case of the petitioner and consider his claim in accordance with the scheme pertaining to grant of employment against the land acquired by the respondents and also keep in mind the R & R policy

applicable at the time of acquisition of land while considering the case of the petitioner.

Let this exercise be done within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
