Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that four months' salary has not been paid to the petitioner by respondent No. 2Executive Engineer, Water Resources Division for which, he made representation to respondent No. 2 but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation to the respondent No. 2 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection. (2) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers fresh representation to respondent No. 2 for redressal of his grievances, the same is expected to be decided by respondent No. 2 expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.

(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
