The applicant was admitted to the privilege of bail by order dated 02/07/2018 in MCRC No. 3346/2018, later on he committed a default in not appearing before the trial Court on 27/03/2019, pursuant to which, warrant of arrest has been issued against him and he has been arrested and therefore, he has preferred this second bail application for grant of regular bail. 2.
I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the case diary.

Taking into consideration the single default made by the applicant in not appearing before the trial Court on 27/03/2019, this Court is of the opinion that present is a fit case, in which, the applicant should be enlarged on regular bail. Accordingly, second bail application filed under Section 439 of the CrPC is allowed.

It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his
furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the lime sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court, for his appearance as and when directed.
