1. P.U.D. has been received from the Court of Additional Principle Judge, Family Court, Durg praying for extension of time for disposing off the Civil Suit No.290 of 2019 of B. Shriniwas Rao Vs. Smt. B. Mani.

2. This Court had while disposing off W.P.(227) No.457/2020 on 06.11.2020 directed the learned Family Court to dispose off the case within 6 months. As this case could not be disposed off by the learned Family Court obviously due to the reasons mentioned in the P.U.D. hence, taking into consideration all these facts, I feel inclined to grant further extension in this case.

3. The time granted for disposal of the case under order dated 06.11.2020 in W.P.(227) No.457 of 2020 is further extended for a period of 6 months from the date this order is passed.
