(1) In the instant writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 14.07.2014 whereby he has been transferred from State Forest Research & Training Institute, Raipur to Farsegarh Range, Indiravati Tiger Reserve, Bijapur.

(2) This Court by order dated 24.07.2014 stayed the effect & operation of the impugned order in respect of the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner is continuing on the said post since then. (3) Since interim order relating to transfer of the petitioner was kept in abeyance by this Court and was continued for more than one year & five months, this Court deems it fit to quash the transfer order dated 14.07.2014 reserving liberty to the State Government to pass order afresh in accordance with law with respect to the petitioner if administrative exigency so arises.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to pass order afresh in accordance with law with respect to the petitioner if administrative exigency so arises. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
