1. The present MCC has been filed by Applicant seeking restoration of WPS No. 5531/2020 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 27.1.2021.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submissions made by learned Counsel for Applicant, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for restoration is made out.

3. Accordingly, the MCC is allowed. WPS No.5531/2020 is restored to its original number for hearing. No order as to costs.
