1. This MCC has been filed seeking correction of typographical mistake in judgment dated 26.02.2020 passed by this Court in SA/228/2006.

2. I have gone through the material available on record and found that the date of the sale deed, by which, the property in dispute was purchased by the plaintiff from Baldau Prasad is dated 19.12.1985 and in fact on 21.12.1985, Baldau Prasad sold the debris also. Accordingly, in the judgment and decree dated 26.02.2020 wherever sale deed is shown as dated 21.12.1985, it shall be read as "19.12.1985". The judgment and decree dated 26.02.2020 in SA/228/2006 is accordingly corrected.

3. MCC is accordingly disposed off with the said clarification. Copy of this order be forwarded by the Registry to the concerned trial Court also. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Ravi
