Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 20/02/2017 Shri Kashyap submits that the appellant has already undergone the entire sentence and has been released on 13.10.2016. He submits that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

Counsel for the State on due verification submits that the appellant has already been released from jail after serving the entire sentence.
