passed by this Court, applicant's application was dismissed by the office vide office note dated 15.09.2016.
(6) Considering the grounds taken in the application and submission made by the applicant, the MCC No.914/2016 is allowed and MCC No.679/2014, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the Court order dated 05.08.2016 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,500/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within 15 days from today.
