1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up
through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has retired from the post of Mining Sardar from SECL on 01.03.2003 but his pension has not been released for which he has made eight representations before the respondents-authority which has not been considered and no order has been passed by the respondents. He further submits that 2% from petitioner's salary has been regularly deducted for grant of pension to the petitioner.
3. Be that as it may, petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation within 30 days from today and which will be considered and decided by respondent-SECL by passing speaking and reasoned order within next 30 days.
4. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
