It is argued that despite the order passed by the Commissioner, Raipur Division on 17-4-2014 allowing mutation in favour of the petitioner over the subject land after setting aside the order passed by the Tahsildar, Raipur and the Sub Divisional Officer, Raipur, who had rejected the petitioner's case, the Subordinate Revenue Officers are not correcting the record. 2.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on petitioner's moving fresh application for correction of the record before the Tahsildar, Raipur, consequent upon the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Raipur, the said Tahsildar shall pass necessary orders, in accordance with law, at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of submission of application by the petitioner.
