Present petition was questioning the order of suspension dated 24.05.2021, whereby the services of the petitioner were placed under suspension.

On the previous date of hearing, this Court had directed the State Authorities to seek instructions. Today when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the State produces an order dated 05.07.2021, whereby the order of suspension has been revoked. 3.
In view of the fact that the suspension order stands revoked, the substantive grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that upon revocation of suspension, the place of posting of the petitioner has been shifted
to another place and he has been brought to the Tehsil headquarter. As regards the change of place of posting is concerned, we leave it for the petitioner to approach the respondents by way of a representation highlighting his inconveniences and grievances as regards the shifting of the place of posting is concerned. Upon such being representation made, the respondents are expected to take a decision purely in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
