1. The prosecutrix has virtually appeared before this Court through the help desk of DLSA, Durg. She has no objection in grant of bail to the applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after examination of the prosecutrix in trial.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted as prayed for.
