1. As per report of the Station House Officer, Police Station Ambikapur (C.G.), dated- 27th November, 2019 and in support of document filed by the authorities the appellant has died on 31st October, 2012.

2. As no legal representative of the appellant has applied for leave to continue the appeal, this appeal has become abated on account of death of appellant as per Section 394 of the CrPC.

3. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as having become abated.
