Judgment on Board Per Deepak Gupta, Chief Justice 08/02/2017

1. This appeal is totally misconceived. The learned Single Judge vide order dated 30.01.2017 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 3023 of 2016 has only held that the interim order dated 23.08.2016 has become redundant in view of the fact that the appointment was valid only till 31st December, 2016.

2. The writ petition has been listed for hearing in the week commencing 13.02.2017. There is no order which is appellable in terms of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh High Court (Appeal to Division Bench) Act, 2006. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the Appellant/Petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the learned Single Judge.
