1. The limited relief that the petitioners pray for at this juncture is that the petitioners have been approaching the authorities for considering their claim for regularization from an earlier date than the date on which they have been regularized in the department.

-4of the petitioners is concerned, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioners for filing a representation in addition to what they have already made to respondents 2 & 3 who in turn shall consider the claim of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of filing of the fresh representation by the petitioners. The respondents are expected to take a decision in accordance with the rules and regulations and decide the same objectively by passing a reasoned order.
