(2) The matter appears to be covered by the subsequent order passed by this Court in the matter of WP(S) No.4523/2014 (Francis Xavier Beck and others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters) and WP(S) No.1975/2015 (A.P. Tripathi and others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others and other connected matters) and final orders have been passed in the said matters on 03.07.2015 and 16.07.2015 respectively.
