3.

According to us, this letter does not help us in deciding the matter at all. Nothing has been stated in the above letter why the verdict has not been pronounced in a case in which judgment was reserved in Original Application on 12.05.2015. Even if the matter has to be referred to a larger Bench, a judicial order has to be passed referring the matter to the larger Bench. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with a direction that the learned Tribunal shall pass appropriate judicial orders within 6 weeks from the receipt of this order.

4.

Registrar General of this Court shall send a copy of this order to both the Principal Registrar, C.A.T. Principal Bench, 61/35, Copernicus Marg, New Delhi - 110 001 and the Registrar of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench, Jabalpur (M.P.)
