Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is allowed to work under his junior, therefore, feeling aggrieved by the impugned action, the petitioner has made a representation before the competent authority, which is yet to be decided.

Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall serve extra copy of the representation already submitted by him to the competent authority along with certified copy of this order.
