Agrawal Order On Board 15/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that failure report vide Annexure P-5 under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Industrial Relation Act, 1960 has been sent by the Conciliation Officer to the State Government for making reference to the Labour Court for adjudication but the State Government has not taken any decision on the said failure report.

(2) Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to consider and take a decision on the said failure report in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
