1. By way of the instant revision, the applicants have challenged the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 10.08.2006 passed by Sessions Judge, Durg, District Durg in Criminal Appeal No. 59/2006, affirming the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 24-03-2006 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Durg in Criminal Case No. 319/2002, convicting the accused/applicants under section 325/34 and 323 IPC and sentencing them to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one month and pay fine of Rs. 500/- under Section 325/34 IPC and to pay fine of Rs. 500/- under Section 323 IPC with default stipulation.

2. The report of Jail Superintendent, Central jail, Durg dated 03.04.2017 also goes to show that after completing the jail sentence imposed on them, the applicants have been released from jail on 09.09.2006.

In view of the fact that the applicants have already completed their jail sentence and have been released from jail in the year 2006, and keeping in mind the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of D.S. Lahoriya @ Rajeev Sudan @ Vinay Kr. vs. State of Rajasthan, reported in 2007 AIR SCW 7327, the present revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
