1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.86/2021 registered in Police Station: Ramanujnagar District Surajpur for offence under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has allegedly committed murder of his 6 years old daughter Ku. Sunita on 26.4.2021. It is alleged that because of his daughter going to neighbour's front-yard (Aangan) for playing, at the same time the applicant reached the house and on not finding his daughter, he slapped the deceased and threw her on the ground, as a result of which she became unconscious and later on died in the hospital

MCRC No. 3830 of 2021 on 28.4.2021.

3. The material available in the case diary does not point out any such motive on the part of the applicant to cause murder of his own daughter. He appears to have slapped and had thrown his daughter being enraged. The applicant is in jail since 30.4.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed.

4. Therefore, considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
