1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.225/2021 registered in Police Station: Gandhi Nagar District Surguja for offence under Section 21 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after filing of the charge sheet.

3. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
