Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land bearing khasra no. 417/4 admeasuring 0.45 acres is situated at village Pendra whereas the adjacent land bearing khasra no. 192/2 admeasuring 0.17 acre belong to petitioner No. 2 situated at Semra. Therefore, while the demarcation request is made, each of them overlap the land of others. Therefore, in order to remove the ambiguity, the Respondent No. 3 Tehsildar, Pendra (C.G.) and the Patwari, Semra may be directed to jointly demarcate the land of the Petitioners No. 1 & 2.

Considering the request made by the petitioners, no prejudice would be caused if the joint demarcation is made and it is directed that the Patwari, Semra and Patwari, Pendra along with R.I. of the respective area would carry out the joint demarcation and shall submit the report to the Tehsildar, Pendra within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
