1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the ACRs which was communicated to him for the year 2013-14 and 2016-17. The petitioner has made representation to the higher authorities for upgrading the ACRs given to him and that the entries made in the ACRs have with a mala fide intention. The said representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent No.2 since long.

2. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, this court does not intend to keep this petition pending any further. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned would be at liberty to decide the representation of the petitioner purely in accordance with rules applicable. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
