1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the State of Chhattisgarh to frame guidelines for disposal of seized vehicles, machineries and other properties in compliance of the order passed by the Supreme Court in the matter of General Insurance Council and Others Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh and Others

{(2010) 6 SCC 768}.

2. Once the Supreme Court has issued orders expecting the State Government to issue guidelines, invocation of writ jurisdiction of this Court is not appropriate. It appears, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move necessary application before the Supreme Court.
